Welcome to Acacia Stay, a cozy and comfortable accommodation located in a quiet neighborhood of Acacia, Airwing. We are delighted to have you as our guest and hope you enjoy your stay. By booking or staying at our lodge, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Reservation and Payment
- You can make your reservation online, by phone/text or by email. You will receive a confirmation with your reservation details and payment instructions.
- You can pay by credit card, debit card (in USD) or cash (USD or MKW) at the time of your arrival. We also accept deposits.
- You can cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before your check-in date and receive a full refund of your payment. If you cancel or change your reservation within 24 hours of your check-in date, you may forfeit part of your payment as a cancellation fee for us to recover part of lost business depending on the number lost reserved days and the reason behind the cancellation.
- You can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out anytime before 11:00 am. If you arrive earlier or depart later, you can store your luggage at the reception. If you need a late check-out or an early check-in, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
- Despite the fact that that Acacia Stay provides full security at its premises, you are responsible for your own safety and security at the lodge. You agree to follow the rules and regulations of the lodge and respect the rights and privacy of other guests and staff.
- You agree to keep your room and the common areas clean and tidy. You agree to report any damages or malfunctions to the staff immediately. You agree to pay for any damages or losses that you cause to the property or its contents.
- You agree not to smoke, use drugs, or bring any illegal substances or weapons to the lodge. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. If you smoke in your room or any indoor area, you will be fined $100 and may be asked to leave the lodge without a refund.
- You agree not to bring any pets or animals to the lodge without prior permission from the management. If you bring a pet or an animal without permission, you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee and may be asked to leave the lodge without a refund.
- You agree not to make excessive noise or disturb other guests or staff, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. If you receive more than two complaints from other guests or staff, you may be asked to leave the lodge without a refund.
Lodge Services and Facilities
- We provide Wi-Fi (paid), parking, and access to our outdoor garden. We also offer manual laundry service for an additional fee. We do have chefs you can hire to cook for you. Please contact the reception for more information and booking.
- We do not provide daily housekeeping service unless requested. If you need fresh towels, linens, toiletries, or cleaning supplies, please contact the reception.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. We advise you to keep your valuables safe and lock your room.
- We are not liable for any injury or illness that may occur during your stay at the lodge. We advise you to have adequate travel insurance and medical coverage.
Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We only collect, use, disclose, and store your personal information for the purposes of providing our services and improving our quality.
- We do not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to protect our rights and interests.
- We use cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and customize our content and advertisements. You can manage your cookie preferences on our website or browser settings.
- You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also opt out of receiving any marketing communications from us. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- We do not guarantee that our website, services, facilities, or products are error-free, accurate, complete, reliable, secure, available, or suitable for your needs or expectations. We disclaim any warranties or representations that may be implied by law or otherwise.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages that may arise from or relate to your use or inability to use our website, services, facilities, or products. This includes but is not limited to any damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or any other losses that may result from your booking or stay at our lodge.
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for your reservation.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- If you have any complaints or issues with our website, services, facilities, or products, please contact us and we will try to resolve them amicably and promptly.
- If we cannot resolve your complaints or issues, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the state of Washington, USA. You also agree that the laws of the state of Washington, USA, will govern these terms and conditions and any disputes or conflicts that may arise between you and us.
These terms and conditions are effective as of September 26, 2023. We reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website, services, facilities, or products, you agree to be bound by the latest version of these terms and conditions.
